The Only Thesis Worth Analyzing Is Uglješa’s Absurdity

From yesterday’s heap of politically orchestrated yet intellectually barren pronouncements, issued by former flag-burners of the US and NATO, covert disciples of an ideology that casts the modern West as a “Fourth Reich”, their collaborators, and the assorted figures installed in public office by Father Mijajlo Backović, who now pose as defenders of Ambassador Rising Reinke, one statement alone stands out as worthy of brief reflection: the one that, to anyone familiar with Montenegro’s political scene, sounds the most preposterous. And that’s saying something, given the competition.

Uglješa Urošević, an MP from PES and a proud specimen of that peculiar subspecies best described as “more DF than DF itself”, has accused me of obstructing Montenegro’s path to the EU, of fomenting conflict between Montenegro and the United States, and of steering the country toward BRICS.

I won’t use an exclamation mark, that would suggest I’m surprised by a thesis for which Uglješa merely served as the messenger. In that supposedly “controversial” episode on TV E, do watch it again if you missed it, I actually predicted this very development: that, as the climax of these delirious narratives, someone would soon claim that all critical media outlets in Montenegro are secretly pro-Russian, including Antena M, which, incidentally, has shown more solidarity with Ukraine than all the others combined.

And now?

Here comes Uglješa. Who, it seems, hasn’t even watched the show, perhaps not even his own statement. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have walked so neatly into the trap I set that very evening.

In due time, I’ll lay out for the Montenegrin public the full script and direction of this science-fiction saga, one where I play the “pro-Russian” villain, and Uglješa the “pro-American” hero. Until then, let’s simply observe how many more of their Uglješa-types the masterminds behind this production will burn through, sacrificing them, like Putin’s infantry in Ukraine, in this “special operation” to transform Putinists into Europeans. And vice versa.

As for the accusations of misogyny, there are none to be found in my words. My criticism was aimed solely at the policy of the US ambassador, whose campaign against the former government drove Montenegro to the brink of collapse and betrayed its genuinely pro-Western forces. The real misogyny lies in those so-called “defenses” that have reduced JRR to her gender. The ambassador will understand that perfectly well.

As for repairing the image of the policy she pursued in Montenegro, it’s far too late for that. The roster of her defenders is, in truth, the most convincing proof that every word I said was right.
